We may deal with anxiety or other stress that causes us to struggle with writing and moving forward with our projects.

This course is designed to provide tools, resources, and presentations on how to overcome the blocks, push through any mindset issues that stop you from being successful, AND plenty of information on reducing stress and anxiety so that you can continue to be successful and creative!
